Outshine Frozen Snacks and Feeding America Invite You to “Give Some Good”
Nestlé Outshine Frozen Snacks has teamed up with Feeding America, the nation’s leading hunger-relief charity, to donate two million pounds of fruit and vegetables to communities that don’t have access to affordable, quality produce this summer. You can join the brand and lend a hand in this healthy cause by visiting the first-of-its-kind in the U.S., interactive “Give Some Good” billboard located in Vanderbilt Hall in Grand Central Terminal. With the simple and secure swipe of a credit card you can donate $1, which unveils a video that shows how your donation will help make communities in need brighter. Each $1 donation allows Feeding America to provide nine pounds of produce to those who need it most. Celebrity registered dietitian and cookbook author, Ellie Krieger, will also be on site May 4th. As a dietitian, Ellie knows that access to fresh, healthy food is a critical first step to leading a healthy life, and she has partnered with the Outshine brand to advance the cause.
The Outshine brand will also be handing out samples of its new Simply Yogurt Bars – frozen yogurt bars that are simply made with 100% yogurt and blended with real fruit or fruit juice.
