Sakura Matsuri, is a 2 day event, the annual cherry blossom 

festival at BBG, offers over 60 events and performances that 

celebrate traditional and contemporary Japanese culture. 

The festival marks the end of Hanami, the Japanese cultural 

tradition of enjoying each moment of the cherry blossom 

season.

5/10 Bring Mom to See the Cherry Blossoms for Free During These Hours!

Mother's Day is around the corner!
Why not bring mom to see the beautiful cherry blossoms for free at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens? Every Saturday from 10am-noon, with the exception of special events, like the public programs such as Sakura Matsuri, Chile Pepper Festival, and Ghouls & Gourds, admission is free!


Note: Every Tuesday - all day - is also free admission!



























Enjoy the scenery, don't forget to stop and smell the flowers with your loved ones!
