What's New at the Samsung Galaxy Studio

The headphones station has been moved into this area, and neon furniture has been added

The Samsung Galaxy Studio is currently finishing up construction as they transition fully into a retail store from a popup.

May 2014 Update on the Monthly MasterCard Gifts

If you're not already aware, I have an "ONGOING" tab for steals and deals that are happening indefinitely.

For mobile users, you can see the drop down of tabs by clicking on the "Home" button near the top of the page right after the tagline and name of the blog.

While we wish some of these freebies can continue forever, sometimes there are updates or changes...

With that said, there is an update for the monthly MasterCard gifts.

The good news is that they're not getting rid of it completely...but..

UPDATES: Google updates and my updates - a setting you might want to change!

Updates are important.  Changes happen.  For better or worse.  

It's definitely better to be in the loop than out!  With that said, here are some updates, Google's and my blog's!

GOOGLE UPDATES:

Google can now use your full name and profile pic for their ads if you don't opt out...

If you don't want your face and name here, you'd probably want to change your settings! Roger that? (Military term! Aka 
Capisce??)

Change your Shared Endorsements in Ads setting here:

If, on the other hand, you do prefer to see your face and name in said endorsements, you don't need to do anything! (Maybe except smile and say cheese.)

 BLOG UPDATES:

1. If you haven't already noticed, I've added a "Calendar of Cool Events" and "Social Media Pages and Contact" tabs on the top.

Thanks to your feedback, you can now conveniently look at the Google calendar and see what the upcoming events are for the week and the upcoming months.  Not only that, you can see the related blog post link for the event, by clicking on "More Details" or even copying the event to your calendar, with one click on the "Copy to My Calendar" link. 

Note: You can see this tab on mobile view (just found out!) by clicking on the HOME tab and a popdown of the aforementioned tabs will show or you can bookmark the following:

The "Social Media Pages and Contact" has the links to my Facebook "Terresa's Steals and Deals" page, my Twitter page, @terresaling, and the G+ "Terresa's Steals and Deals" page - though I'd prefer that you follow me on my G+ page which has the latest blog posts.

Some new additions and changes to my blog!

Hey there! Just wanted to let you know of some new additions and changes to my blog.

I would love to hear your thoughts and feedbacks on whether you like these updates or not.

First off, I realized that many of you might have been having a hard time subscribing to my blog by email. I know that the sidebar doesn't show up on your smartphones and sometimes doesn't either on your laptops.
Seeing the box to enter your email to subscribe is so much more straight forward!  Also, it seems like the email blasts of updated posts occur sometime between 4-4:30PM daily.

And that's why I have changed the template to the "Simple" version, while maintaining the gorgeous teal background.  For the mobile view, I thought it was much easier to access the posts with a mobile view, but unfortunately I don't have the option to keep the teal background. If you do like the desktop version more, you have to option to convert to that view.

The "Simple" template reveals all the gadgets that have been hidden in the popout sidebar, including the "Follow by Email," "Follow Me," "Total Clickity Clicks," "Popular Tidbits," "Labels" and "Blog Archive".  Now you can see it all on the right hand side column of the blog!

I was trying to add a badge to my Google+page specifically for "Terresa's Steals and Deals", but it doesn't seem to appear even though I have pasted the html code for it...Not sure what I'm doing wrong here - any thoughts?

Also, would anyone know of any gadgets or sites that links all the social media, so that when I post in Blogger, it would automatically post in all the related pages for Facebook, Twitter and Google+?

The sharing of my posts now include, sharing by email and blogger posts, in addition to the standard Facebook, Twitter and Google+ shares.  And it looks like by clicking on the Facebook share button, you can actually share the post, as opposed to just liking it.  I'm loving the sound of that, so much more!
