World famous competitive eater Takeru KOBAYASHI will be a judge, but not before performing his own 30 second demo of dumpling eating!

100% of event’s proceeds will be donated to Food Bank of NYC, an independent 501c3 non-profit organization that strives to end hunger through emergency food programs, nutrition education, and income support in New York City.
The previous Dumpling Festival raised enough money to prepare over 200,000 meals for New Yorkers in need and with your help, we aim to double that amount this year.

Hello Dumpling Lovers! With the festival less than month away, we are extremely excited to announce a very special guest: THE ONE AND ONLY "TAKERU KOBAYASHI!" Some of you may know him as the fierce competitive eater who made his debut at the Nathans Hotdog Eating Contest! He is one of the most recognized competitive eater in the world!
For our Dumpling Contest eaters, do not fret! He will not be there as a contestant, but as one of your judges! We are extremely excited to have him join us and hope you feel the same way!
