The SK-II Pop-Up Studio in NYC just popped open for their grand opening weekend festivities on October 3rd and 4th, 2015.

Located at 470 Broome Street at Greene Street, it will be open for a limited time from October 3rd, 2015 to October 31, 2015, with opening hours of 10AM to 7PM from Monday to Sunday.Come in for skin care consultations and skin diagnostics with their scanner (the red thing on the left in photo) 

 
You can also check out their newest products, learn about their secret key ingredient Pitera and try some products on.

Every five years on the anniversary of the end of World War II, the Times Square Alliance holds a Times Square Kiss-In where hundreds of people re-enact the legendary lip-lock  between a U.S. sailor and nurse, captured forever on the cover of LIFE Magazine.

The famous victory kiss occured on August 14, 1945 on Military Island, at the intersection of Broadway and 7th Avenue between 43rd and 44th Streets.

We invite couples from all generations and of all types to celebrate again in Times Square, in honor of the US Armed Forces and in celebration of the universal ideals of peace, love and hope. A special invitation is extended to couples whose kisses bridge boundaries, be they religious, political, racial, national or otherwise, as well as veterans of WWII, returning veterans from the Iraq War, and couples in costumes commemorating the original 1945 kiss. The first 200 couples to arrive will receive sailor caps and roses. Seward Johnson's 25 foot sclupture of the iconic kiss, "Embracing Peace", will also return to the Square for this year's event.

With Mother's Day around the corner, it is a great idea to stop by and smell the roses.

I believe there are additional discounts in store - stop by and check it out. And, not to mention many Yelp reviews that rave about how beautiful and fresh the flowers are and what a wonderful service they have as well! The prices are amazing for the quality, presentation and service. I read that they even send a photo of your bouquet as they ship it out so you can see how it looks like. ;)

There's a fun swing with rose petals on the fake grass you can "sit" on for your photos.
It is attached to the ceiling, but they suggested to pretend to sit because the last thing we need is for the whole ceiling to come crashing down or anything worst!
