RECAP of West Elm Ice Cream Social & a Way to Get Free Ice Cream If You Missed It! ;)

Did you do the West Elm hop today? If not, this is what you missed from the West Elm Ice Cream Social.

Up in the upper west side's West Elm, the ice cream social was rocking with La Newyorkina's Mexican Ice Pops - they came in three fruity flavors - including coconut, strawberry and passion fruit, what flavor would you pick - leave a comment below.

Festive decorations and doodles adorn the streets and sidewalk

You needed to get this card with the ticket stub to redeem the sweet treats - the other being 15% off - I chose the passion fruit. This pop would have cost $4!
I saw it at Broadway Bites at 34th Street.

Meanwhile, down in Chelsea's West Elm, a huge line had already gathered by 2PM.

The mouth-watering Van Leeuwen Ice Cream ice cream came in many unique flavors including Gianduja, Pistachio, Earl Grey Tea, Hazelnut (a fav that ran out early), Cinnamon, Mint Chip, Espresso, Ginger, and Palm Sugar. And of course our classics, Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry.

1 Scoop of up to 2 flavors would've cost you $5.25 and came in either a cup or cone. Up to 3 flavors and it's $7.25.  Hand-packed pints are $8.50.

These are strawberry, mint chip and pistachio, ginger flavors.

COOL TIP!
If you missed it, no worries, check out the Paypal app which offers up to $5 credit at a Van Leeuwen store location toward your next purchase, so it's like almost getting free ice cream!
