Free Workout Classes at TurnStyle Crunch's Saturday Sweat Series!

Start off the new year feeling your best! TurnStyle is hosting a remarkable Saturday morning exercise series in January developed by renowned fitness brand CRUNCH. The program will introduce groups of three different 20-minute sessions each week for four weeks, totaling one-hour workouts, and offering participants the choice of joining one or all three classes throughout the month. The programs will begin at 10 a.m. and offer a unique mix of 20-minute sessions. On January 7th there will be an UrbanKicks Ass (kickboxing) class, a Brazilian Burn & Firm Pilates class, and a Zumba class!

January 7, 2017 10-11a.m.
1. UrbanKicks Ass (Kickboxing)
2. Brazilian Burn & Firm Pilates
3. Zumba


January 14, 10-11 a.m.
1. Fat Burning Pilates
2. Hard Knocks (Hip-Hop & kickboxing fusion)
3. POUND® (Dance/Cardio w/drumsticks)


January 21, 10-11 a.m.
1. Masala Bhangra (Bollywood Dance)
2. Knockout Boxing (partner-based boxing drills)
3. Rock Yoga (yoga to rock music)


January 28, 10-11 a.m.
1. Ballet Body (toning using ballet techniques)
2. Pop Dance Project (Dance to today's top hits)
3. Tabura (African Dance & Kickboxing fusion)

* Participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing for fitness workouts, including sneakers. In addition, there are no lockers at TurnStyle so those partaking will be responsible for their own personal belongings. Each class is being given free-of-charge and led by qualified CRUNCH instructors.
