2016 benefits at the participating institutions not listed above are available only to new cardholders who are issued their IDNYC card on or after January 1, 2016. The date of issue can be determined by the expiration date on the face of the card, which falls five years after the card is issued. Certain institutions are offering cardholders who received their IDNYC card in 2015 a grace period to redeem benefits into early 2016; check with participating institutions for their policies in this regard.
