Join us as we prepare to kick off 30 Days of Metropolicks and to celebrate the launch of ASIANATION TV with an evening full of Asian culture, live performances, and screenings of ASIANATION TV channels: Cooking with Granny, Metropolicks and Nicki Sun.

What's the 30 Days of Metropolicks?

It's exactly what it sounds like- for 30 days we'll be sharing something related to the romantic comedy novel, Metropolicks. Every day we will be sharing a chapter of Metropolicks. ASIANATION is a TV channel created by Metropolicks co-author Felicia Lin, that celebrates everything Asian in lifestyle, music, the arts, news and information and much, much more. WATCH ASIANATION TV channels: Cooking with Granny, Metropolicks and Nicki Sun onFOOTPRINT.tv.

The event will also feature the following performances:

Martial arts demonstrations by Pai-Sen Wang (who’s done stunt work for Daredevil and Orange Is the New Black) and Tao Jiang (who worked on Denmark's first martial arts film Fighter)

METROPOLICKS was four years in the making and now we want to celebrate the release of our novel in a BIG way! So we've booked Toshi's Living Room at the Flatiron Hotel, just for the occasion and here's what you can expect:

1) A LIVE PERFORMANCE by Jami Jackson, singer, songwriter of the songs "Let Love Live" and "Keep Walkin' On." 

Both songs were featured in METROPOLICKS music videos, which you can watch by clicking HERE. See the 15 models of the METROPOLICKS photo shoot, 10 of which appear on the book cover.

2) A THEATRICAL READING of an excerpt from METROPOLICKS

3) BOOKS, BOOKS and MORE BOOKS

What would a book release party be without books?!

METROPOLICKS is currently only available as an ebook, but we will have a VERY limited number of printed copies on hand, some of which will be RAFFLED OFF at the event.

4. UPDATED: FREE shots of Balls Vodka will be offered at the Metropolicks Book Release Party! So come and "get some balls"... While supplies last. So come early!
