Join us for Bryant Park's 3rd Annual Winter Carnival Quiet Clubbing Party! This free outdoor dance party is great for the entire family. We will have you shaking off the winter chill while onlookers wonder what the heck you're doing... because the music can only be heard through headphones!

We'll provide the headphones and have 3 DJs spinning 3 different genres live. The dance party (as well as headphone pick-up and drop-off) will be located on the Fountain Terrace, but there are no boundaries – feel free to roam the rest of the Winter Carnival! Get a drink at the Brew House or warm up in the Warming Lodge while grooving with your headphones.

Your 3 DJs will be spinning kid friendly music:
DJ Sanity (Green): Top 40 & kids favorites
DJ Dice (Red): 80's, 90's, 2k Throwbacks
DJ Banks (Blue): Motown/Doo-wop/Oldies

THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT, HOWEVER HEADPHONES WILL STLL BE HANDED OUT ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RSVP, BUT GET THERE EARLY

We have an awesome Quiet Clubbing Dance party in lower Manhattan at the Winter Garden at Brookfield Place.  This spot is AMAZING!  With palm trees covering the dance floor and a lighting display to dance under, it’s one event not to miss!

This event is open to all ages, but we recommend bringing the young ones to the party on Sunday.

HOW IT WORKS
When you arrive you’ll receive a pair of special wireless headphones. You can adjust the volume and choose between up to three DJ’s with a flip of a switch. Each headset has a color LED that shows what channel you are listening to, so you can dance along with those listening to the same DJ as you. It’s super social; just lower the volume or take the headphones off to talk to that girl or guy. There’s no loud music that you have to talk over. Plus, there’s no ringing in your ears when you leave!

SOUNDWALK COLLECT & DAVID DE ROTHSCHILD present JUNGLE-IZED, an immersive audio experience set in Times Square that transports you to the heart of the Amazon, encouraging a conversation with nature and heightening awareness of the environmental impact of climate change.

A creation of SOUNDWALK COLLECTIVE in collaboration with a A Voice for Nature, featuring Amazon rainforest sound environments recorded by Francisco Lopez.

Download the free JUNGLE-IZED App from www.jungle-ized.com,

the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store.

Borrow a set of premium Audio-Technica headphones at the JUNGLE-IZED kiosk in Times Square on 7th Avenue between 43rd and 44th Street.

The kiosk is open April 1-30, from Noon to Midnight.

Start the App, touch the screen, plug in your headphones and begin a journey through an interactive sound installation that superimposes the Amazon ecosystem upon an eight square block area of Times Square.

You can walk between 43rd and 47th Street, 6th and 8th Avenue.

Each street represents a diferent time of day or night in the Amazon sound environment.

Move deeper into the night as you walk North, and deeper into the rainforest as you walk East or West until you find the sound of the Amazon river, signaling the boundary of your experience.
