If you didn't know already, starting April 15, Time Out New York will be completely free.That's right! You can now pick up a free copy of Time Out New York on the street every Wednesday. It's still the same magazine you've trusted for almost 20 years (though we did take advantage of this opportunity to add some great new features!) and we'll still use our expert eye to bring you the best recommendations for restaurants, bars, movies, theater and more in New York.

To celebrate the city we love, and all the free things it offers everyday, we’re giving something back this week. That’s right—tomorrow we’ll be on the streets handing out 150,000 free copies of Time Out New York's free issue, which is all about discovering the best free stuff to do around the city. Where do you find these gratis magazines, you ask? Our editors, writers, designers and staff will be spread throughout the city, from Jay Street to Times Square. Just look for our bright red t-shirts between 7-10am and 5-7pm in the locations mapped out below. If you miss us, there’s still plenty of free to go around: all week, we’re bringing you exclusive offers, roundups of the best free happenings each day and recommendations from local celebrities about their favorite no-cost activities. #BeFreeNYC
