The Luzzo's pizza cart will be dishing up free pizza this Thursday, July 24, 2014, from 4-8 p.m. at 513 West 27th and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at places to be named on Twitter. After that, pizzas are $7 (or $8 for the diavola) and the cart will continue to announce its location on Twitter.
