About
Big Apple Crunch is a fun, participatory citywide celebration of healthy eating. Businesses, schools, organizations and individuals in all five boroughs come together to take part in the “crunch heard ‘round the world!” Last year 1,000,000 New Yorkers ate an apple! This year we'll try and beat our own record.
You can join Crunches at any of GrowNYC's Friday Greenmarkets or Youthmarkets, host a crunch of your own, or find one near you!
Help us get as many New Yorkers as possible to bite into an apple on October 24 to celebrate Food Day!
