9/8/13 4-8PM, Sunday Funday @ Lower East Side Opening Night: Art + Fashion

This Sunday marks the second annual Lower East Side Opening Night: Art + Fashion, a neighborhood party full of gallery openings, live music, and a fashion show.

Let's start from the top of that list: over 40 galleries will host their fall opening receptions from 6pm to 8pm. Meanwhile, a block party on Orchard between Broome and Grand will have a stage curated by The Cast and By Robert James, with music from 4pm to 8pm. At 6:30, an Amy Odell-styled "Looks of the LES" fashion show will go down, highlighting merch from neighborhood stores like Old Hollywood, Any Old Iron, Epaulet, and more.
